She is a crazy bitch who can't have a conversation with you that lasts less than 30 minutes and talks shit on everyone you know in common. She steals my newspaper, has gotten caught going through my mailbox TWICE, and called the police on me because of cars parked in front of my house for a party (a party ANOTHER neighbor was having, not me).
