When I was in high school, I wasn't popular. I wouldn't even say I was attractive. I had a few extra pounds, which is devastating to a teen girls self esteem.

I had a friend who worked at a jewelry store at the mall. Just before Christmas I went to her store to look for a cheap pendant for my mother. Her manager saw that we knew each other and reminded her of the store policy of not waiting or selling to friends or family. I think they were afraid of employees giving deals to people they knew.

Her manager ended up helping me. After a few minutes of trying to pick out something, I noticed he was looking down my shirt as I leaned over. I felt a sudden rush of excitement and let him look.

From then on, I would go to different stores at different malls looking for ways to show off. Mostly at jewelry stores since the opportunity to show off is easy. Eventually I would go to jewelry stores without a bra and let the salesperson see my bare breasts to my nipples.

I never did anything with any of the salespeople. I did find that it helped build my confidence. I got into sports, got healthier and lost so much weight.

After I improved my appearance I lost the urge to show off. Not sure how, but flashing strangers helped me.
