You need to ask her why she doesn't trust you. (Or did you give her a reason, b/c there's your answer.) She may be insecure-most women are, or she has men issues. If this is a mature relationship... TALK. Communication is very much the key.
BTW I am a women-trust me on this, DO NOT ask if she's insecure, you find that out by process of elimination!!!
