I was a late bloomer. When I was about 12 I was changing after swimming.
The cold water tends to make me look smaller and less developed "down there". I had taken off my swim trumks and was wrestling with my t-shirt over my head. When I got it off I realized my sister's 17 year old friend had walked into the room and saw me naked. She said, "Oops, sorry, Oh it's cute, don't worry, you'll grow". I was very embarrassed. After that she started calling me peach fuzz when others couldn't hear her.
