So this is partially a confession and partially a question. I hope that I can get a few decent people to respond seriously. I am a woman in my mid-twenties and I am engaged. I also have a girlfriend that I fool around with from time to time. Now my fiance knows all about my girlfriend and is perfectly fine with it. I told him that i was bisexual from the very beginning. (I am a very honest person in general really) So, the issue I have is with my girlfriend. She is also a bisexual woman that is dating a man. The difference between us is that she doesn't think that she should have to tell her man about me. The way she talks about it is like she is scared of him finding out. Now this brings two things to mind 1) What is she so afraid of? 2) Why is it that she can't be open about her sexuality?
I mean i understand that being gay or bisexual can be a very taboo topic in today's society, but I have always thought that if you want the world to accept you, you have to accept yourself first. So this brings me to my personal predicament. I really want to stay with this girl. She is beautiful, smart, and wonderful in bed, but in all reality I am nothing but a secret booty call. I don't feel like that is fair to anyone.
So basically all i am asking is what do you think about the situation? What should i do? I am just curious about what responses may arise. In the end I will have to make the decision, but it is always nice to have outside opinions.
