i am a 21yr old guy..never had sex.i was an addict to masturbation till yesterday.I do have a feeling that my habit has caused problems to me.I cannot concentrate in studies.i have a weak memory now and have had hair falls..iv had every symptom of an addict.iv got my exams after 3 days and i am here confessing of doing such a big mistake that has ruined my life so far.i have a girlfriend whom i love a lot.i know how bad she feels to see me failing in my exams, and my parents who have done evrything for me except me giving them no happiness.i have decided to stop my addiction and get back to normal.if someone can pray for me that would be really appreciated.
