It's... Well, technically what the Mayans thought would be the end of the world... Of course, it's not... But I just want to, obviously... Confess. I'm a liar. Have been most of my life. I hate lying, so it's a bit funny. But in a society where you are forced to lie about certain things, it becomes second nature, especially when the majority of the world convinces you that your sexual "preference" is wrong. It's deeply embedded in me, so I'm still working on that jazz. But it's not a preference... It's kind of a curse. I've tried liking women, but just can't get attracted fully. I've tried soooo many times. I just can't... Well, quit the dick. :/ Those closest to me know, but the majority of the people I know are still in the dark. I wanna keep it that way until the world starts changing for the better. Well, more so. I want to be able to tell everyone, but it's too risky. So for now, this is the most I can do. I guess I'm not brave or strong enough to be honest with everyone... Can't quite throw caution to the wind. Such is life, I guess.

First you have got to be honest with and accept yourself. I know that it is hard to do that. I have had to be honest with myself about some things recently. You gotta do you bro. You gotta do you and let everyone else do them. If you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to be ashamed of. The people who love you and care about you will love you no matter what. The ones who walk away you do not need anyway. So be strong for yourself. Besides when people do find out some of your friends will wonder if you had good intentions for being close to them. Best just to get it over with.

Hey, There are quite a few of us who are just like you. I know I have tried a bunch of times to give it up, but always go back. I've been caught by my wife and almost caught by friends, but after a while, I'm looking again. It'll all work out eventually.By the way, I never started until I was 50 and I'm 67 now.
