I love to hold my poo untill I'm desperate and untill today I hadn't been in four days. I was busting to go and I put on a nappy and a long flowing skirt to hide my big bum and went for a walk in the park. There were a lot of people about and I was nervous about pooing myself even though I was wearing a nappy. I thought if I kept my distance no-one would notice what I was doing but I was still worried someone would see me. That exited me. The shear dirtyness of it felt shamefull and I found it a big turn on. What if someone saw me?? and what if they knew what I was doing?? I so badly needed to empty my over full bowels by now I was having trouble holding it and was about to have a genuine accident. I looked around to make sure there was no-one nearby and relaxed, allowing my anus to open on its own. I peed while felt a warm load of soft poo fill my nappy. It felt good and I pushed the whole four days worth into my my first load causing the nappy to sag downwards. I pulled it up and began to walk home feeling very relieved. When I got home I took my poop filled nappy off and placed it in a black sack and cleaned up in the shower.
