I was 16 years old at the time and we weren't allowed to go to the toilet during lessons. I had the runs and against the rules I asked to be excused as I was about to poo myself. I'd never had to ask to go to the toilet before but this time was different. I was really desperate and holding it wasn't an option. The teacher said no and I managed to hold it for a few minutes but in the end I just had to go and went in my knickers. I started to cry as the shame of it overwhelmed me. Here I was sitting in a maths lesson at 16 years of age and I was shitting myself. It went everywhere and the relief was absolute heaven in spite n the shame. I was sent home and when my parents found out the reason for my accident was because I wasn't allowed to go to the toilet, they sued the teacher and he got sacked.
