I'm 19 years old and have been battling a severe eating disorder for more than a year. I'm gaining weight again now after having lost more than 20 pounds - I was never fat. I was never even chubby. I've always been skinny - a slim 140 or so at my heaviest.

I have never been more ashamed.

I don't even know what to call it. I chew food and spit it out. Maybe it's a form of bulimia. I can't remember the last time I ate a large meal without feeling shame or disgust or internal betrayal or some painfully negative emotion.

I don't know how to stop.

I don't know how to start to stop.

I'm so so scared.

It's about control you probably feel the need to control your life and some crazy things that may be happening or have happened in it. What you eat or throw up is completely in your control and you are thriving on that. If it is an issue of feeling self conscious with your body than you should research health and different diets and try what works for you, maybe some sort of vegan diet or something extreme that can still be healthy if dont right. If you want something, you have to want it bad enough. If you want to kick this eating disorder then you've got to want it as badly as you want to stay alive, as badly as to breathe, and when try that hard, that is when you will find success and the power to overcome it.

LIKE SMOKING "SIMPLE" ADVISE MEANS NOTHING...

YOU HAVE A SIMPLE CHOICE....
YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE? OR NOT ?

IF THE THOUGHT SCARES YOU, THEN THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH. BECAUSE YOU DONT NEED "NICE" PEOPLE BUT YOU NEED RAW FACTS.

EATING DISORDERS LEAD TO HEART ATTACK, BLOOD PREASURE AND IN CASE DEATH.

THE TRICK? "LOVE YOURSELF" ITS EASY AS THAT :)
