I lost my best friends and my childhood sweetheart all at the same time. I've been friendless and generally lonely for 2-3 years. I finally gain a crush on a guy I was talking to a lot, only to find out he had a girlfriend, after stringing me along, for a long time.
For 6 months I've been stuck in a depressing rut with no one to talk to.

It's been getting harder, and I've been frustrated with wanting love that I turned into a that person. That terrible person. That uses men to make myself feel better.
I broke and hurt genuinely nice guys.

I don't believe I deserve a good relationship anymore. Or a friend to talk to.

As I've been purposely hurting everyone I come across.

I.. Really forgot how to be happy.
And Im too afraid to try.

Thanks for reading. If you did.

I read your letter. Don't give up. Your young. My son use to feel the same way when he was your age. Just a few short years later he met the love of his life and has been married now for 6 years and has two wonderful kids. If you show people your good side and not hurt them you will find someone. It hurts for a while but it will go away. Hang in there..

Do not say you don't deserve a good relationship. You really deserve a good a relationship. You are hurt. Anyone capable of being hurt is capable of love. No one can begin to understand what you've gone through and how you feel; but many people can help you any way they possibly can.

Don't give up on trying. I know things will turn out better for you.

Don't give up, I know it sounds like a typical answer anyone would say. I do understand how you feel, and some days it can be hard to get through the day. I have been alone for about a decade, and I am not trying to minimize your emotions about it. Just remember to keep hope up and think that you deserve a good guy and a good relationship, because it will eventually become true. Remember to accept yourself first and always realize that there is at least one person that will like you for you.
