Yes, Twice! The first time I was stopping at home with my wife's SUV while one of my friends waited in the car. I forgot to put the car in park, and after I got out, the car came after me. My friend put the emergency brake on in time. The other time, I just got home from work in my car, and same thing, I forgot to put the car in park. My car moved a little more quickly, but I was able to jump back in and hit the brake. I'm a dumbass.
