I think most boys know what a girl's underwear looks like. Even if you wore cycling shorts under your dress, the ones that want to lift your skirt are still going to do it. They don't care if they see anything or not - they just want you to be uncomfortable.
After my friend and I forced my brother into a dress and dragged him outside (with his skirt held high), not did he stop doing it to my friend, but he and his friends all stayed really far away from us for a long time.

I was 12. My friend is about 6 months older. My brother would have been 8, maybe 9 depending on whether he had just had his birthday. I don't remember exactly what month this happened (it was a long time ago).

I only wondered why you went through all the trouble of putting a skirt on him, dragging him outside and then pulling the skirt up. The two of you obviously stripped him to his underwear before forcing him into a skirt. It just seems like stripping him down would have been payback enough.

One time, well actually it was several times I would rub my jock strap in my sister's face on the same day I had gym class which was every Friday. My crotch and jockey strap would both be sweaty. I would wait until she came home from school. I always got home from school before she did.
