There's this thing called "REALITY TV.
It's advertised as being completely REAL and the various shows have tens of millions of loyal followers.
It's all SCRIPTED. And most of the viewers know that (they say as much in the forums for those shows)
From MTV's the Real World, to Breaking Amish to Hardcore Pawn and everything in between.
None of it is legit.
Oh sure, the pawn business is real. The people who work there are real. The situations, particularly the crazy situations are NOT.
As for the oversexed crazy "teens" on Breaking Amish. None of them are Amish or have ever been Amish. They are actors.


Adult Confessions boasts "Over 13,000+ REAL Confessions Shared!"
The zombie movie Return of the Living Dead begins with the blub "This movie is based upon REAL events."

STOP
BEING
SO
NAIVE

And just enjoy the stories.
