Ok, so I'm going to admit to being one of the people that used to come on here and post fake stories. And it really bothered me when some of you gave me crap for it. But I understand why you did. This isn't the place for posting amateur erotic fiction. Its "True Confessions". I get it. So I stopped posting.
But I didn't stop reading. And over the last few months I've witnessed the slow degradation of this site as more and more stories of rape fantasy, incest, underage sex and other fringe taboo topics most of us (gay, straight or otherwise) find unacceptable, began to be posted more and more frequently.
I have had correspondence with a site administrator before. Back when I was posting and miffed over all the "That's Lames" my more obviously fake stories were getting, I fired off an comment to the site saying something along the lines of "Hey, I post a lot of good stories here and I work hard on them. People like me are the life's blood of Anonymous Confessions and without our regular submissions, this site wouldn't exist." To which I got a prompt response less than 12 hours later, to the tune of:
"Yeah, it was pretty stupid of me to add a 'That's lame' option. I'll just get rid of it. Sorry about the hassling."
And just like that, the That's Lame option was gone.
However, I sympathize with you guys now. It wasn't right for me to do that then and it isn't right to have all these fake stories flooding the site now. Especially the illegal and just plain gross stories. I messaged the site admin again telling him or her, hey...some of these stories are getting out of hand. I'm as accepting as the next person, but sex stories about little kids, incest and rape shouldn't be here. To which, 5 days later I'm still waiting for a reply or any action on the site's behalf...

So yeah, I don't think Anonymous Confessions is going to do anything about it. I'm not telling anybody whether they should stay or go, but maybe if it really bothers you all. Start flooding the site admin with complaints by tapping that Contact Us button at the top of the screen.
