OMG I was so embarrassed this one time when it was the second or so day of my period and I had underestimated my flow and didn't bring a spare pad to school. I was almost 12 (I think) at that stage. Any way it was the end of the day when I would usually have tennis training but it was raining and we had to go into the small tennis office to listen to the tennis teacher gobble on about famous tennis players. Any way I sat down and when I got up again there was a blood stain on the chair I was sitting on. This sort of thing had never happened to me before and I was totally freaked out. I casually whipped my hand across my bottom and to my horror I realised my pants (which luckily where a darkish navy blue colour) had a patch of blood on them. I asked to go to the bathroom where I cleaned up a little bit but there wasn't much I could do. When I go back I saw that the chair had been moved outside and obviously they had all realised (or the teachers at least) that I had had my period. They didn't mention anything though. That in itself was kinda embarrassing but I was glad they didn't say any thing as well. I spent the rest of the after noon trying to keep my but facing a wall or in some direction where no one would see it. God that was embarrassing and humiliating!

I don't blame you for being embarrassed, I'm a 16 year old tomboy and hate having a period.

when i was in the 10th grade my art class and i all gathered in a cirlcle of chairs to sketch something by the window. i sat down on a chair, got up to get different supplies, came back and saw a dried menstral leak on my chair. even though it wasnt mine, i got really embarrassed, but i very calmly walked to the sink and dampened a paper towel, walked back to my chair and wiped the stain clean off. i made eye contact with a few people while i was doing this and made sure my ass was in clear view so everyone would know it wasnt me.
