I was married. Only 2 years out of the 6 were "good". I hate my ex for the shit she did. I also hate my 6 year old and 2 year old. They remind me of her and what a failure i am. I support my children financially. However, i want nothing to do with them emotionally, or physically. I hate that i cant stop hating them.

I learnt a long time ago that if you hate long enough it becomes part of you untill it comes back on you and bites you in the ass, Whatever your wife did and i am sure she deserves your anger but i am certain your kids didn't do anything wrong to you except being born to the woman who caused you such pain, They cant help that and it is unfair of you to punish them for that and i am sure you know that is true, Reguardless of what may have happened in your relationship they did not ask to be born and i'm sure given the choice they'd wish to have been born in happier circumstances but they have what they have which at the moment is very little, Most kids blame themselves for the break up of their parents so while you both hate and snipe at each other they sit in the middle with guilt and lack of understanding, I am sorry if what i have said is not what you wanted to hear but it is what you need to hear.

SORRY DUDE. I AM NO DOCTOR BUT I DO THINK I HAVE A CURE FOR YOUR PROBLEM. FIRST, ARE THE KIDS WELL TAKEN CARE OF EMOTIONALLY AND PHYSICALLY? NOW, POUR A LITTLE LEAD INTO YOUR EAR, EITHER, OUT OF THE BARRELL OF A 38 CAL SMITH AND WESTON. THAT WILL ELIMINATE YOUR PROBLEM, AND OURS TOO!

Brother, stop beating yourself up and stop hating your kids. Love your kids. Hate your ex cunt, the judge and the system and leave it at that. Trust me, you will feel much better.
