I have problems with my bladder. I pissed on a bus seat, I couldn't help it. It has really knocked my self confidence and I don't want to go out.

Have you brought this to your doctor? There are things they can do or you may need a minor operation which isn't bad at all to recover from. In the meantime, wear an adult diaper if its a lot of urine and jeans with a big sweatshirt to be well covered, no one will know but you. Its it isn't much leakage, you can use poise pads but still have it checked out. Its a common problem and your doctor won't be phased by it, no need to feel shy or hide it any longer.

I don't know if this will make you feel better or not but my daughter was a bed wetter. she was ten at the time it started. She was so embarrassed and cried about it and I told her that it was no big deal. In fact I had her lay in bed and I tickled her until she peed in her bed again and was wearing white pajamas at the time so it really showed yellow. I laughed and told her it was ok. Then I peed my pajamas in front of her and said to her its only urine. Then I just told her that since we had kept a plastic liner on all the matresses in the house that nothing is harmed and she should just not worry about it. then I took the sheets off the bed and showed her how easy it is to wash the sheets.

Your problem sounds like it is a little different. But the same guilt and embarrassment occurs. Most likely it is a medical issue that will be fairly easy to correct. If you don't want to correct it then you should know that there are many buys who are into women who piss a lot. Some will want to eat you out while you are peeing. Some will want to drink your pee. Some will simply be turned on seeing you pee your pants. Many guys pay a lot of money to buy videos showing woman who have piss accidents in public. Yes they jerk off while watching them. Peeing is a natural thing just relax and don't worry about it. wear adult size diapers if you piss yourself a lot. wear absorbant pads if you only piss a little. Or do like my wife did and don't worry about it and just wear white and piss yourself in public. that is how I met my wife. she liked to piss herself in public and I noticed her on a park bench wearing a white dress. she smiled and pissed herself and I was so turned on that I walked over and introduced myself and a year later we got married. Im not saying that is what will happen with you. I'm just saying that pissing yourself isn't the horrible thing you seem to think it is.
