I've been fucking one of my patients. It's against every policy in the book, but I knew it was sure to happen the first time he and his wife came in for couple's therapy. He asked if they could book separate therapy sessions, and the first time he came in he admitted he was only seeing me because he had a sexual attraction to me. We had sex then, and we meet twice a month and go at each other for an hour. His wife has no idea and neither does my husband. I've never done this with any other patient in fifteen years of practice, but I have no plans to stop. He makes me feel vibrant and wanted.
