I posted the message you are talking about and yours sounds worse than my husbands. Assuming you have already been to the doctor and have been fully screened, i will tell you what my husband uses on a daily basis to attempt to keep it under control. I will let my husband list his regiment below. Down the road when we can afford it, we want to check out a certain doctor we saw on a the show "Mystery diagnosis" and his name is Dr. Habba. He performs different kinds of tests than the GI doctors we have seen. On that episode we seen, a lady in her 30's was having most of the symptoms you are. She ended up being diagnosed with having Habba syndrome. That syndrome is not yet formally recognized. Luckily she has been given medications that have turned her life around and she can freely leave her house again. Well good luck and here is my husband.
The regiment I take is not a cure but it controls my symptoms most of the time. All of these medications are over the counter and available at your local Walmart.
15 minutes before each meal I take:
250mg Simethicone
2 BeanO tablets or generic equivalent
2 to 4mg Loperamide HCI depending how my stool has been that day.
I make sure to eat a yogurt with active cultures each day and stay away from spicy foods. Also I stay away from artificial sweeteners. They just set me off.
I use a heating pad when the cramping comes and drink jello water to keep me hydrated. Jello water is just jello with extra cold water. It's soothing and doesn't make me nauseous.
I can't believe my comment was deleted.
I have a fetish for women with IBS. I know it sounds weird, but I'd like to take you from behind and let you release your bowels all over me.
Interested?
you are disgusting person 2. Kill yourself.
You're a very brave person. Keep being strong. Hopefully, things will get better.
