I was a young mother living in a seedy trailer park with my little daughter Lizzy who was five. Money was so short that I often had to choose between eating and paying the weekly rent. The park manager was an elderly old man who was so nice, especially to Lizzy, and she begin calling him Poppy and clung to him constantly. He seemed so sweet that when he offered to watch Lizzy at night while I worked as a barmaid, I didn't even hesitate to except the offer. He was watching her for free and at the time I needed all the help I could get. Then one morning after retrieving Lizzy from Poppys trailer, I was bathing her in the tub when giggling Lizzy whispered that Poppy had put his mouth on her winkie and licked it. I was shocked.
