i just retired from the USAF at 38. got a job driving school bus for the local elem. school, k through 8. it is in the country and my nearest neighbor is around the corner, next street over. she is 26 with a daughter 13. drew is a good looking little 7th grader and rides my bus. the whole area is very seculided so it is also very quiet normilly/ i get back from a field trip about 8 pm and there are sherriff cars all over the place one blocking the road into my place. i park and ask how long until the road opens adn this young deputy said what s it to you. i answered i live around the corner and i would like to get home soon. a sgt walked up said is that blue house yours. yes the one with the big porch. he then said let him through and if you ever smart off like that to a citizen again i will see you are bounced ouy. i went home and about 5 minutes later the sgt was knocking. we just took this girl s mom in. she will get some years for what she did. this girl needs a place to stay. all the foster homes are full she said you drive her bus can or will you take her. i said yes. her mom got 15 years and i got a 13 year old to live with. second week there drew came into my bed and we have been together sence.
