Years ago I worked as a guard on an isolation tier at a maximum security women's prison. The tier was for inmates considered at risk to harm themselves or others, so as you can imagine security protocols were very strict. She was on the tier for suicide precautions and her isolation was extended several times. She had been on enhanced searches from the beginning.
