I like this girl and she likes me back too, she says things like "she never wants to lose me" and stuff like that, we have dated before but broke up she even says she loves me without me having to say it first. But she rarely texts me and when im with her she is almost always on her phone. She is going through a lot right now with her stepdad and her mom and her moved out and have some money problems so she tries to work as much as she can to help out with bills. I love this young lady so much, she makes me feel crazy. I just dont know if she truly feels the same about me. I know she gets my texts but is she just ignoring them? I dont want to even flirt with other girls because i dont want to lose her. She has recently told me many guys have tried asking her out on dates but she turned them down because she wants me, she just not ready to get back into a relationship. Am i overthinking this? Should i try to move on? Please give honest information im young being 19 and dont have much experience with this sort of knowledge.

Sounds to me like she's keeping her options open. (But) on the otherhand it sounds like she's keeping her current issues between her and her family. Naturally you would want to help her out as well, whether it financially, meals, cloths, etc. It's rare to say the least these days. But it's possible she doesn't want you to have to deal with her drama. But when you throw in the ignoring of texts. Well let's face it there's only one reason for that. It's a very hard blow to take and accept. From my experiences it won't matter how hard you fight for her. She will choose someone when she's ready. And believe me her choice for that decision will have nothing to do with how hard you tried. So yes I'd move on but not forget, your young and if it's meant to be it will happen. But it will never be a happy relationship if you end up together because you waited. It will lead to insecurities in your relationship. Because it will put the idea of freedom in her mind (he waited once, he will again) leaving her the option to always keep the option of jumping on a chance of a better relationship, but still have a fall back plan (you) if it doesn't work out. I would give up but not forget. Life is to short, and your far to young to get hurt that way. And trust me when I say this. Once you are played like this the idea of it happening again will never be forgotten. No matter who, or what kind of relationship if in the future. It will haunt you. So don't forget you love her, nothing wrong with remembering your love's. But don't make it your life.

Thank you this means a lot. I've started to text her less and less to try and make it easier on me but she sure as hell never leaves my mind.
