This happened with my neighbor and it was her that was more embarrassed than me.
She was in her backyard and was having difficulty moving around some bags of dirt she had delivered the other day. I was in my yard getting some sun wearing just a swimsuit. She is about 50 years old and I offered to help which she gladly accepted. She was in a summer dress that sort of wrapped around her. One time she was carrying a nag and when she put it down her dress got untied somehow and opened up revealing her bra and that she wasn't wearing panties. She panicked and tripped over the bag she just put down when she was trying to tie her dress back up. She was on the ground on her ass with her legs opened for a bit before she got her dress closed. She was very embarrassed and I told her to not worry about it many times but she kept bringing it up. I then pulled down the front of my swimsuit exposing myself to her. I then told her we had now seen each other. She began to laugh and then we went back to moving the remaining bags.
