I'm sorry to say this, but I think that her got all that he wanted. I hope for your sake, and the baby's, that he will do the honorable thing and marry you. But I believe that if he had any intention of doing right, you would have heard from him by now. I am assuming that he is aware of your situation. But if he refuses to marry you, make the Son Of A Bitch, pay! Child support laws are very strong in favor of the woman. And then if he's over 18, Statutory r**e charges! You've got him by the balls. Also, if he's an asshole, you AND the baby would be better off with just receiving child support, instead of living in an abusive relationship. That would have serious emotional effects on both of you. Think this through. If he hasn't made an effort to see the baby, he's probably not going to be a good father. Kids NEED a good father.
