Straight Male / 20
I'm a junior in college. I spent my first two years living in the dorms. This past summer I was looking for a cheap apartment to rent, possibly saving some money too. Most of the apartments were too expensive, too run down, or just too far away from campus ( I don't have a car ). I was about to give up and live in the dorms again. Then one day I found a newly posted ad for someone wanting to clean their house and a basement room for rent located just a few blocks from the north end of campus. It didn't have how much was the rent was. I pulled a tab and called the number.
I talked to Elaine, she and her husband, Thom, were both in their late 30's. I met them both that evening around 7pm. They seemed pretty normal nice people. Both of them traveled for work often, being gone for up to two weeks at a tbegun Elaine and Thom were looking for a responsible person, to clean, do small maintenance, mature student. I basically would have their house to myself for almost two weeks a month. The rent was very reasonable. I gave them character references and left.
Two days later the basement was mine. I moved in on a Tuesday. Elaine was out of town for work so Thom helped me. That night he grilled some chicken and we ate while going over some small projects for me to do. I was given the duties to mow the lawn, make sure the trash was put out, clean the rooms once a week, and paint the deck before the fall.
It was mid August when I finished with the deck. Elaine and Thom were very pleased with my work. They knocked fifty dollars off of my rent! I had just finished my last summer class and had a week off before the fall term. Thom was away that week for work. So it left me in the house with Elaine. She brought home some pizza one night after work. We were eating just talking. It was easy talking to her, felt like being around my mom. We decided to go out to a movie that night going Dutch. The movie wasn't my cup of tea, a romantic comedy. When we got home, Elaine and I said good night and we went to our separate beds.
The next morning I slept in. When I went upstairs to get something to eat Elaine had left a note asking to clean up the garage. I didn't have much else to do so I took my time. Several hours later, I had organized it and cleaned. When Elaine had come home she was very impressed. She called Thom later that night about my work.
When Thom came back. Both he and Elaine were home for a week. My classes had begun. I had come home late that Thursday night around 9pm. Elaine and Thom were relaxing watching TV. They invited me in and asked what I thought of my classes. I told them then they surprised me telling me I didn't have to pay rent, I could just live there for free....as long as I kept my duties. I was thrilled,I went to my bedroom and called my folks.
It was early November, I was doing well in school and keeping up on my work at home too. The last several days I had the house to myself. Elaine was going to be home late that night. It was just after 11pm when she got home. I was in thehaveing room reading. She looked tired and I offered to help her with her bag. I asked about her trip but she just wanted to take a bath. I put her suitcase by the door of her bed and went back to the living room to pick up my books. Elaine asked if I'd hang out with her after her bath.
I took my books downstairs. Elaine had decided to take a quick shower instead. I was sitting on the couch. Elaine came out wearing a soft robe, she went to the kitchen and poured a glass of wine. She came out with two glasses. I wasn't big into wine but took a sip before setting it down. Elaine sat in a chair crossing her legs. I tried not to stare but could tell she wasn't wearing anything under her robe. Elaine is a pear shaped woman. She had some hips on her and she had beefy calves, She was very small on the upper body. She is average looking, not someone you would take a second glance to. She has brown eyes, with short dark brown hair and wears glasses.
We chatted a little. Elaine was going for her second glass of wine while I nursed my first slowly. This time she sat next to me, very close. I was feeling a little weird. She took a big drink and set her glass down on the coffee table. Elaine put her head on my shoulder. I stiffened up. She could tell I was uncomfortable. She asked and I told her. She backed off apologizing. She confessed she just wanted to snuggle up to someone. I shot a probing question about Thom. She laughed.
Elaine went to the bedroom to get her cell phone. She called Thom and was talking to him as she returned. I got up to go downstairs. Elaine motioned me to stay. She then put Thom on speaker phone. Elaine had explained what happened and how I reacted to her ....Thom laughed. I was embarrassed. Thom then asked me why I hadn't slept with Elaine already. He then went on that it was fine. That he would prefer it was me than some random guy. Elaine took Thom office the speaker phone and continued talking to him back in their bedroom. I just stood there not sure what to do.
Elaine returned, this time wearing nothing. She walked over to me and took my hand. I didn't know what to say and I just looked at her body. She pulled me into their bedroom. We started kissing. I didn't move my hands. Elaine paused and told me it was OK. Thom wasn't going to be mad. She explained that they were in an open relationship and that we could have our fun. Elaine went down and unzipped my shorts.....
