I have had several crushes, and have fallowed my urges. The latest was an advance I made to an intern on my staff. She filed a complaint and I lost my job.

I told my family and friends that I resigned (mid school year and without another job). They know something happened. I love coaching, I love my students, but I am constantly in love with one of my students. Fortunately I made an advance on my intern and not a student.

My friend that acts as my bf is very upset with me. He wants me to elope with him. He can support me easily, so I don't have to work (this would explain why I resigned). No one knows in my family or friends, except for my bf and he is confident that if I am away from temptation I can control my urges. This means I give up coaching all together.

I do not want to accept my sexuality, it embarrasses me. It just won't go away. I know, he knows, but no one else does. My head tells me to get married, move to his house, live a normal life. My heart doesn't feel that way.

There's no reason to try and change yourself if that's how you really feel. If you ignore it and do the hetero BS "family dream" then you will later regret it when you find yourself lacking.

I agree with #1. I don't think you can get married and give up your urges. However -- I do believe the two can co-exist. Marriage can be a great camouflage -- while you pursue your urges more discreetly. I'm a 74 year old white married male cocksucker --- and I attempt to juggle that. I am not gay. But I am married and love cock. I try to be very careful and discreet. Same as you would have to do. But at least it appears you would have a somewhat understanding, tolerant husband. Ask him how he feels about it. And -- sometimes sharing can be very nice, too.

Sometimes your heart is wrong. It doesn't foresee the anchor of reality. It only sees the flighting dreams of desire.

#2 Stop the denial. Your are at least Bi and on one side you're hetero and on the other homosexual.

To the author, since the marriage would be a compromise, perhaps your to be husband would consider under the right circumstances to accept you as you are ... as long as you occasionally shared your youthful conquests with him. I know I would.
