A few days ago, my brother called me to seek some advice, but I was a little embarrassed because the advice he was seeking was so intimate in nature. I work as a ship doctor on a luxury cruise ship and when he called me, I was working and not in a private place to talk, so I returned his call after I was off duty.
My brother had told me that when he makes love to his girlfriend, he pulls out of her vagina before ejaculating because he doesn't want to make her pregnant. He wanted my advice as to whether or not that method was an effective way of birth control. I told him that it wasn't because when men are about to ejaculate, they sometimes release pre-cum without knowing it and pre-cum contains sperm. I also told him that when he's excited during the approach of orgasm, he might one time forget to pull out before releasing. I told him that he should use condoms, but he said that he doesn't like condoms because they're too thick. I told him to buy extra thin condoms and to get his girlfriend on birth control pills.
That was the most embarrassing conversation I ever had with my brother, but I love him so much and I was glad to give him advice.
