I got punished in a humiliating way a few times when i was in high school. I got a spanking in front of friends/acquaintances who came in with me when i was 40 minutes late with the car and barely talked back to my dad. My parents paid a neighbor who was in my class in school just a little bit older and more mature then me to babysit us.
including times in my senior year when i was grounded for stealing for 2 months and he was involved in my rules and punishment. People found out about these times and it is really embarrassing and i still think about it even now not often but on occasion i see some of them around or on social media.
