I figured it out. I know how to completely rid ourselves of the heroin epidemic. We need to ban Naloxone. Eventually, the problem will just fix itself. It wont cost taxpayers anything, except maybe cheap corpse disposals. It would save in the long run though. And our streets would be safer. And best of all, it would get rid of the filthy junkies.
