My father is a Bush loving racist republikkklan who drinks everyday. He has been like that my whole life.

I don't hate him for being a drunk, I hate him for handing me over to his hateful drunken wife who emotionally and psychologically abused the hell out of me for about 10-12 years.

I have absolutely no respect for him, he doesn't deserve it, I'm a married woman now and my husband has no respect for him either.

I answered the previous post about the mother-in-law, because it really seemed my wife could have written it. Suprise, but again, this post about the no-good drunk Republican father could have been written by my wife. We no longer talk to her old man, who is an overbearing, right-wing drunk.
My crazy mother and my wife's alcoholic, politically extremist father could make beautiful, hateful music together!

Your the same guy I talked to before, that was me ranting about how I couldn't stand my mother-in-law.

My father is really a drunken bastard, my whole life I associated him with the smell of beer and sweat, it sounds like me and your wife have a few things in common.

Growing up in a house where wine was always available and everyday all I heard was nigger nigger nigger, republicans will save the world from niggers . . . I can't even begin to describe what that was like.

Your wife survived it, so did I, but I can't pretend I don't have a few emotional scars, I do.

I hate to tell you all this, but your drunk parents probably don't give a rat's ass that you don't like them or don't call them.

I talk to the bastard once in a while, I sort of pity him a little, but this life was his choice and he's to weak/feeble and drunk to notice how much I detest him and his drunken wife.

I still talk to my mother every week- original poster
