A clit is the medical term used when the little toe growes togather with the one next to it.

"Clit" is short for "clitoris," which is a part of a woman's anatomy. Without seeing a picture, it is hard to describe past that. I suggest you consult an anatomy book, encyclopedia, or a medical web site
