Bi-Sexual Male / 23
When I was five years old I was diagnosed with a relatively rare disease that pretty much destroyed my kidneys and most of my liver. My parents searched high and low for a donor but because of a combination of other medical issues that I had they found that I was not even able to get onto the waiting list for either organ. Basically I had a death sentence. I was an only child and the doctor told my parents that a sibling would be the best chance of a match. Neither of my parents and none of our relatives were a donor match. So my parents, being resourceful, decided to have another baby.
Vicky was born about ten months after they began trying. I was told she was my last hope for survival and that I had to protect her at all costs. Believe me, I did. Five years later when I had gotten desperately ill from my disease and was near deaths door as predicted by my doctors, One of Vicky's kidneys and part of her liver were harvested. You only need one kidney and part of a liver to survive. As you can see, I survived and am fairly healthy for the most part. Vicky is as well and has grown to be a beautiful and intelligent young lady. She has one more year of high school and has already been accepted into several major universities. Meanwhile I finally caught up with my studies and graduated from college a year ago.
Vicky is highly devoted to me. I've always been a doting big brother and never minded her hanging around like a puppy dog. She has little interest in social things, never went to dances or on dates. She is a book worm and nerd and I love her for it.
Recently I developed another unrelated medical condition, alopecia. That is hair loss. Many if not most guys have lost their hair, that is one of the most common afflictions guys get. But mine was caused by a previously unknown medical condition and about age 22 it just started to all fall out. I became nearly all bald on top. It seems my hair follicles have a defective gene that causes most of the ones on top to lose their anchor so to speak, and there i something to hold them in my scalp.
Vicky has or rather had an amazing mane of long soft thick silky light blond hair that came all the way down to her knees. Her nickname in school of course is Rapunzel. So She made the most amazing offer. She said I could have her hair. I told her I'd rather be bald than wear a wig though I thanked her for the offer. "NO" she said. She was offering to donate her hair to be transplanted onto my scalp. I could not believe it. So I asked her why she would sacrifice one of the two most significant elements of what makes women beautiful to look at, her hair, the other being her face and she simply said "I love you Steve, I've always loved you and I take my role as your spare parts inventory very seriously. If you ever needed a heart transplant I would commit suicide in a way that would not damage my heart just so it could be transplanted into your chest. O.K. I was not prepared for such an extreme explanation. Still, he has an amazing mane of hair and I would look awesome with long blond hair. So I agreed to accept her gift. It took months to find a surgeon who would not refuse over ethics. There are also very few doctors who do long hair transplants. Most trim it very short and then if you have long hair you end up with a short patch where they did the transplants. The procedure took three days total and cost a fortune which Vicky donated out of her car fund. Pretty much that was her entire car fund. I didn't need it to be all that long so I had it trimmed to the bottom of my ass. I must say I look very hot with Rapunzel like hair. My new girlfriend thinks so. She adores guys with long hair.
Of course now Vicky is completely bald. She says he doesn't need hair to be happy, all he needs is a brother to serve.
