For those interested: The (stupidly specific) fantasy I was using this time around was one where for whatever reason I'm immortal and a former lover had locked me in a box and left me hidden in his basement for refusing to submit to him.

He eventually gets married and starts a family, and because I'm immortal I'm just stuck there in the box in darkness for years, and when someone finally finds me it's my former lover's like great grandson who's now a young adult and he's found me in the basement because his great grandfather died. So I've been locked away for like the better part of a century and suddenly I'm in the present day and I agree to be the great grandson's servant/sex slave as long as he doesn't put me back in the box.
