It is perfectly fine and I'm not saying this just because you asked, I say because it is the truth. You are 20 years old. You should do nothing but spread your seed all over the place! Either you fuck, or you masturbate.

That is perfectly normal if your masturbation doesn't interfere or cause problems with for example your job interviews, your economy, your relationships with your friends etc. If that ever happens, then seek help.
