I had this problem and it was because of muscle tension in my pelvic floor. I learned to relax my taint area (you have to be able to keep it relaxed DURING sex - relaxing it before and then tensing it once you start having sex wont help at all). Ive heard it can also be caused by weak pelvic floor muscles. I looked up exercises online for about 3 years and had no success but once i went to a physical therapist it improved drastically in about 2 months. My actual problem was weak abdominal muscles which is what caused my pelvic floor to tighten. I used to cum in 30 seconds to 2 minutes but now i can go about 30 minutes no problem. I really recommend trying to see a physical therapist, it was life changing for me.

I can't offer advice for how to stay hard, as I've never had that problem (woman here, lol) but I CAN tell you that if you have that problem, there are ways to work around it.
