you could have it done at any age. ... but i think before you have it done, (if youre considering a circumcision) you should watch penn and teller's 'bullshit. i belive its the first disk of season 3. RENT IT!
watch the episode on circumsicion. it'll make you want to keep your foreskin. FOR REAL! youre a FULL man with foreskin... a REAL man. dont give in to society's norm... if you get it cut, you'll have a smaller penis. if you get it cut, YOUR PLEASURE WILL BE REDUCED. if you get it cut, you'll certainly regret it. You can get it done at any age, however if you get it done as an adult, you'll wont forget the pain that comes with recovery, where as a baby they wont remember it at all.

I am a woman (yes I know that automatically discounts my opinion in the "man" section) but I find nothing wrong with a foreskin. I think that's the way you were born...why mess with that? Same as I think there's nothing the matter with men who have had circumcision -- a penis is a penis no matter how you dress it up. My husband is uncircumcised, my ex of 7 years was. Sex was equally delicious...I find that blowing and f****** my husband pretty much makes the foreskin issue a "non-issue" if you will. Most men have the procedure done when they are too small to have any choice, but if it were up to me, I'd say evolution/mother nature knows what it's doing. Some of us women pierce our ears, some of us don't. There's nothing wrong with either choice.

The whole reason for circumcision is for hygenic and medical reasons...let's not forget this. They do not cut the penis of a newborn for the pleasure he will give someone when he comes of age. The process is a little painful as an adult as you can imagine. It most likely is not as painful as natural child birth so if you want it done and have good reason, grin bear it and go on with it. I know it helps keep away infection and the only expereince I have with an un-cut penis was that it kinda smelled like cheese a little. Make your decision by invesigating on the internet, not on forums like this...most of the people here are perverts and children who do not have the common sense to give you a honest straight forward answer. Also, talk to your doctor about the benefits of both and good luck.

im 58 andI was uncircumcised until 3 months ago no problens all those years as the forskin was nice and loose, then in two months it got so tight i couldnt even wank.The doc said it was a common problem the skin had thickened, so i got the op, two days after for the next 10 days pain was hellish, worse still was waking up 2 to 3 times during the night hard and the stitches cutting in. three weeks after i didnt have to wear a dressing and went up town only to find that my pants were rubbing on the bare head which used to be covered and i got a full hard on and had to hold my bag in front of me as i hurried in to a cafe for coffee and wait ubntil things had cooled down,A week later it was not so sensitive. But, the time to get this is at birth as its more painful and annoying later life. sex now is super and even a bj is a whole new experience.
