I Want Him To Know, But I'm Afraid.

I've been having a lesbian affair with my one and only employee for almost 2 years.

I feel terrible about it. I am married to a wonderful man who takes care of every need, yes sexually, financially, total hand man, all a woman could dream of. He is amazing in the pleasure department. He has no idea that as much as i love what he does and how much I love and am in love with him, god help me, i love and adore a woman's touch, attention, kiss, gentle loving...

I'm seriously thinking of telling him but dont want to lose him.
I wish there was a way he and I could talk about it but feel like as soon as I tell him, he's gonna just leave. I dont know what to do... I want, need and love them both so so much.

The bisexual part won’t bother him. ... the lies and broken trust will.

If you offer to share her with him, that may work

It's not a sharing thing. He would NEVER go for that.

It's the trust portion that I fear. He's always been such an amazing man. I dont want to hurt him, but this will hurt him, I know... I'm seriously crying right now thinking I have to tell him.

Unless the employee is using the affair to blackmail you, I don't understand why you "have to" confess. If it fits the situation better, let that sleeping dog lie.

Now then, having said that, if you want to broach the subject without getting things spun totally out of control [and to be honest, it looks like you're well on the way to doing that all by yourself with no input from your husband], sharing is caring. If the woman you're having the affair with is amenable, the ideal way to get into the subject is to set up a threesome without mentioning the affair. After your husband has had a chance to fuck your side piece, he may be a lot more open minded about you having some solo playtime with your employee as long as he gets to fuck her occasionally.

So, edit here. Took the last poster's advise. I told him, sort of.. After a night of amazing sex, I started out by asking him about any fantasies he's had that he hadn't told me about. Being him, "no, you?"

I told him I've had fantasies about being with a woman. He didnt seem as put off as I thought he would have been. Then the shocker... he says, " I know. I've know for over a year."

We've been talking about it, a lot.. meanwhile, I'm still having sex with her.

You must feel guilty about it, or you would never say anything. First of all that is your husband, he is not your boyfriend. How would you feel if he was sucking dick. You need to break it off, and take your secret to the Grave. If you feel that strongly about it then you should give your husband the decency of letting him know and getting a divorce. The one thing a husband fears the most is a woman satisfying his wife he can never come back from that. Think about if the shoe is on the other foot.
