Lockdown Romance

During the lockdown a friend and lived together for a month. We did this because she lives in an apartment and I live in a house with more room, and we thought we would simply pool our resources and do that.

I am forty-two and divorced and she his forty-one and divorced. We both have grown children. I have a son and daughter and she has two daughters. We have know each other for about six years and have been pretty good friends. Well, feeling bored and uninhibited, the two of decided to have a little bit of bisexual fun. It was wonderful and we spent a lot of time being naked and having sex. This turned out to be one of the best months of our ilives.

Only our kids had their suspicions that something might be going on between the two of us, and we more or less admitted that we had been enjoying ourselves. Our kids pretty much surprised us and thought it was great. They said how well the two of us got along and that we made a terrific couple and should get married.

Diane and I were floored. We told them that we weren’t lesbians, just friends. They didn’t see that as making any real difference, saying that we both got along and were obviously romantically inclined, that we should just make it official.

Diane and I discussed this and admitted that our kids did have a point. So Diane moved into my house and we have been living openly together. So far, though, neither of us are sure if we wanted to be committed enough to actually get married. It sounds nice, but we have a wait and see attitude. Still, this was certainly all very unexpected, as neither of us had actually thought about the alternative of having another woman in our lives.
