Doesn't it bother any of you to read the sex stories of kids that are 14, as in this post? Or 16 in the "another homo story" post? Or the 12 year old girls sex stories in women only?

This is rather troubling.

As many of these types of posts linger after the webmaster's efforts at editing for racial slurs, it would seem the standards imposed don't extend to posts involving children in sexual situations.
I don't want to read more into that than may or may not exist, but it does raise some questions.
Bear in mind that various law enforcement agancies have no qualms about luring offenders (or potential offenders) into incriminating situations, so really who knows whom might be responsible for these posts, or their motivation.
Until the webmaster takes some action, I will be willing to withhold any judgement but will simply discount such posts as one of the more problematic aspects of "free speech".

I guess the only real recourse one has is to not read those sections of the site which are likely to contain the more lurid "confessions", or avoid the site entirely.

I try to be diligent about deleting posts that involve incest or which involve children and adults (and more recently, animals). Posts about two teens in a sexual situation, though, I would not have thought to delete. I can see where the attraction to the post would be to those more inclinded toward child porn, but I guess I just don't know where the line should be. I'm open to suggestions. The creation of a board for gay/lesbian posts might help, but it would only tend to group such posts together and not eliminate them.

Well, I don't believe most of them anyway, so I just attribute them to very active imaginations. If they really bother me, I just close the window and move on.

I am sure the task of monitoring and editing the site is daunting, and at times, overwhelming.
I am also doubtful whether the creation of a dedicated site would be to any degree mitigating the extent of potentially offensive postings. As observed elsewhere, there really isn't a mechanism(beyond the manual) to impose a subjective censor anywhere on site, other than the self-selection of any given poster.
I do think that a distinctive disclaimer with specific caveats is in order - beyond those that already exist - stating that confessions involving particular sexual conduct and/or acts are discouraged. You might consider perusing the general laws regarding child pornography in particular, and set up some arbitrary discussion as a premise based thereon. I think that would go a long way towards discouraging the potential to use your site as "entrapment", and give you some recusal should some liability(unlikely but possible) comes up for discussion.
