First off, she is NOT my daughter.
My stepson and his girlfriend got married straight out of HS and moved in with us while they were in college. His mom left me after a year, and because there was no love-loss between Steven and his mom, they stayed with me. (My ex is bi-polar and impulsive.)
I had a great relationship with Steven. We were both adults, and more friends than anything. His wife, Kristen never had a father, and had some serious daddy issues because of it. She called me "Dad", which I didn't mind, but we were all very comfortable with the truth of our situation, and I do actually love her like a daughter.
One night, after some heavy drinking, Steven admitted that Kristen had a thing for me, and her calling me "Dad" was a turn on. He wanted to share her, and she wanted me, so the foreplay began.
