It depends on what kind of undies you're wearing.

When I wear briefs of some kind, it usally just feels like nothing in particular - it is just there. When I wear boxers, it is usually fine, too, especially with jeans. But if I wear boxers with shorts, where there is a lot of extra room in front, the head can rub up against the fabric and be uncomfortable - how I imagine a woman feels when she's braless and her nipples are hard, but even more intense than that.

This site is for people 18 and over. If someone younger than that visits the site, how could we possibly know that?

I don't believe her, she is probably older and has held lots of penises. I can tell you that holding a penis is ok but it's much nicer when someone holds it for me. As for how it feels when walking, well if its in my own underwear its not a problem, they are tight enough to hold it from moving around. If I'm walking naked and have a hard on, it's a little strange. You can feel the extra weight and it slaps back and forth on my legs. Now a few times I've worn sily panties and they don't do much to hold it in. In just a few minutes it slides down your leg which feels kinda nice too but usually ends up getting hard.
