at age 15 I was 7 & 1/2 hard , but quite small when soft, and now that I am over 21, it is still 7&1/2 and just the balls are bigger.
I was what they called a grower not a shower, though many times before i had to shower in PE class, I would get semi hard so it would seem more normally sized.

Mine was just under 7 inches at 15, then at 19 I had a very bad bike wreck, and after that it was just under 2-1/2 inches, 39 now and its still the same size.
