Seriously, there are better way to solve your problem than poison the innocent dog. If the dog is being mistreated, call the Humane Society and see what it takes to have the dog taken away from them. That would keep it quiet. Or at least you won't hear it.
Please don't poison the dog! The dogs behavior is the owners fault! Two wrongs don't make a right. Get together with the neighbors and find a better way to deal with these ignorant people. Is there a neighborhood association or a noise ordinance in your county?

Chocolate and antifreeze must be consumed in huge dosages for it to actually hurt the dog. A better bet would be something like tylenol. It is unknown to a lot of people, but tylenol is actually more deadly than advil. If you take a ton of advil and then go to the hospital, they can usually treat you, but if you go to the hospital after taking a ton of tylenol, there is usually nothing they can do. I recommend the tylenol liquid thingies... liquagels? Could put it in some meat.

fyi chocolate doesnt actually do anything to a dog..my min pin eat chocolate chip cookies and stuff and if their jack russel is barking it more than likely because its bored they have way to much energy to be so small...find some kind of battery operated toy to keep it occupid and it wont bark anymore..my friend has one and thats how we make him shut up
