I live in a middle class area...this is the first house we've bought. Well there is a long story here...but basically my neighbor's are Christian Crackheads who let their kids run wild. The year old says "dick" to my daughters. They tear up bushes in our yard, break tree limbs, and they love to litter our yard with wooden shanks they make out of a storage building in their yard.
