kevin and pansy are the nosiest fucking neighbors in West Virginia. He is a Drunk( Kevin 40yr old) and beats up on his 75 yr old mother (Pansy)--Good Goddamn name 4 her, but although she gets on my fuckin nerves she doesn't deserve to get beat on by her son.
