I get that you're freaked out, perhaps don't understand what or why she is doing it, but the facts are, she is not at risk of stds or pregnancy. It's certainly a taboo subject, but not nearly as uncommon as you might think. And, no, I've never done anything of the sort, nor know of anyone, but I'm sure it beats trying to pound oneself with a dildo.

It's obvious this isn't something new, but I would like you to resist from shaming her. You're the adult, so if you approach this situation it needs to be done in a mature and respectful manner.
