the woman who lives across the street from me is a total hypocrite. she lives and dies by the neighborhood HOA rules...if it is someone else violating the rules of our neighborhood she is complaining loud and clear. a year ago she was asked to trim her trees because they were obstructing the view from passing cars, hitting cars as they drove by. the woman freaked out on the gal who had asked (and the pres. of the association told her to talk to the woman) and then proceeded to make a huge show of how she was put out. only one branch needed trimming, but she trimmed two trees and took the entire day doing it then bad mouthed the gal who asked to anyone who would listen. today as i'm in the yard, the same gal who is the vp of the association comes to this lady and asks her not to put out her trash on a tuesday when trash day is on monday per the HOA's and due to several complaints from other homeowners. the woman freaks out again telling her she's petty, and a coward, and she doesn't have to listen to her and to send the pres. over to tell her himself. so he does, and she politely complies. a while later the woman leaves and the gal climbs a ladder and trims two branches of that tree that are hanging low over her own property line (this woman's tress are out of control and never trimmed). the woman sees her doing this, glares at the gal's husband as she stomps to the pres. house and drags him out to listen to her verbally berate this poor girl...and then she goes into how this gal has harassed her and complained about petty things for years, which isn't true...she asked the woman to trim two tree branches and to keep her trash on her property until trash day...don't put it out six days before the trash gets picked up...because frankly we don't all want smell your shit for six days!!! the pres. didn't know what to say and left it up to them to figure out. What a cow. the woman is lucky this girl doesn't trim her trees straight up the property line, because legally she has the right!
