Looking For Advice

I know this is a confession site but I'm at my witts end here.

I have endomitritis. Not endometriosis, but endomitritis. No STDs, been tested. Husband has too and told it can happen after child birth. That's about when it started, 15 years ago since my last child.

Anyone else have this? How do you deal with it?
